Northwest Pacific: known from coastal waters of Hokkaido and in Far Eastern seas of Russia, it is found in coastal waters of southern and middle Primorè, Kunashir Island, and in Aniva Bay; also found in Peter the Great Bay.

Members of the phylum Nemertea are mostly gonochoric. Life cycle: Eggs hatch and develop into short-lived lecitotrophic larvae before metamorphosing into juveniles and further into adults.
