Short description สัณฐานวิทยา
12 to 26 cm wide; no concavity at center of exumbrella; always 12 rhopalis; 60 short, nearly straight edged marginal lappets; mouth-arms three-fourths the length of bell radius; scattered uniformly between the mouths are 30 to 40 small, leaf-shaped vesicles.
Found in estuarine, soft substrate, symbiotic (Ref. 116114).

Members of the class Scyphozoa are gonochoric. Life cycle: Egg is laid by the adult medusa which later develops into a free-living planula, then to a scyphistoma to a strobila, and lastly to a free-living young medusa.
