Depth is based on occurrence in Kuwait (Ref. 105057); to be replaced with a better reference. Found in the intertidal (Ref. 105057). Members of the family Calyptraeidae are filter feeders (Ref. 107881).

Members of the order Neotaenioglossa are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults.
