| Comments: | Spawning began August which extended to November. High percentage of spawning males due to resorption of gametes was observed in December. No spermatogenic activity observed from late December to February. Gonad recovery started March, spermatozoa resorbed by nutritive phagocytes. Gonad recovery for females was slower compared to males. | ||||||||||||
