Diagnosis First trunk segment almost of equal width; maximum width at segment 7, tapering moderately. An undulating cuticle ridge following a row of punctate sculpturing present on the even anterodorsal margin. Two areas of sculptured thin cuticle on the anterior margin of episternal plates; lateral area slightly anterior to mesial area. Anterior trunk segments with prominent mid-dorsal cuticle ridge. Ventral pachycycli prominent. Segment 11 with laterally displaced midventral thickenings; segment 12 only half as long as segment 11. Males with 3 pairs of penile spines at anterolateral margins of terminal sternal plates, adhesive tubes on segment 4 sternal plates, and slightly more pronounced sculpturing on first trunk segment (Ref. 1409).
