Comments Among the crustaceans, the penaeids, Penaeus monodon, Penaeus indicus and Penaeus notialis, are produced in Kenya and Tanzania, and are being cultivated on an experimental basis in about six countries, including Côte d'Ivoire, the Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau and Madagascar.
