| comments | The waters in Dominican Republic is being used year round, possibly indicating a resident population. They come within 20 m of shore in waters less than 5 m deep during rough weather. Aerial displays were minimal. Wounds and lacerations have been observed suggesting propeller injuries that may have been induced by boat traffic in the area.
