Short description Morphology

Colony appears blue, and is branching in one plane. Branches arise from a main stem at approximately right angles. The slender, elongate, and divaricate branchlets are covered with prominent polyps that spread abruptly at right angles to the branches. Axis is light gray, soft, and flexible.
