General body color is pale yellowish-white to very light fawn, with transverse whitish bands and light brown longitudinal stripes. Head spatulate in shape, rounded anteriorly, and distinguished from the body by a slight constriction. 8-10 eyes are irregularly distributed on either side of the head. Body gradually narrows posteriorly to end in a blunt tip.
Found in sandy mud near the low tide level (Ref. 125683).
