batch fecundity
(English) Number of viable eggs usually released by a serial spawner in a pulse of spawning. Or number of hydrated oocytes released in one spawning; usually determined by counting the number of hydrated oocytes in the ovary. (See also: batch spawner, spawning, indeterminate annual fecundity)
