Distribution:  Indo-Pacific. Tropical to subtropical.
Diagnosis:  Color varies from green, to light or dark reddish brown. Colonies are usually small, rounded, and formed with knobs. Corallites are conspicuous and less crowded.
Biology:  Most reef environments (Ref. 846).
