Max. size:  3 cm ShH (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 60 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: from East Africa to the Philippines; north to Japan, and south to New South Wales.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Offshore (Ref. 349). Few dead shells washed up on the beaches (Ref. 88739).

Threat to humans:  harmless
