Environment:  pelagic; marine; depth range 4 - 5 m
Distribution:  Western Pacific.
Diagnosis:  10 to 20 cm wide, with a prominent central dome covered completely by 50 or more solid, pointed porjections and surrounded by a wide annular furrow; 6 to 8 flatly rounded celar lappets in each octant; mouth-arms with numerous small, short appendages among the frilled mouths.
