Distribution:  Indo-Pacific. Tropical to subtropical.
Diagnosis:  Colonies: massive; the surface being flat or consisting of an irregular series of mounds or short columns. Coenosteum: covered with papillae which are usually elongate on mounds and short on flat plates. Thecal papillae: longer than coenosteum papillae; form a ring around corallites openings. Bright or dark green; sometimes cream; brown; blue or pink.
