Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Belize and Bonaire.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species are typically found in rocky substrates (Ref. 86570), in rubble (Ref. 111335) and are associated with soft, peat bank substrates. Also common in the clumps of algae growing on the top of the slope at the mouth of the embayment (Ref. 86570).

Country info:  Known from Belize Barrier Reef in the vicinity of Carrie Bow Cay, Elbow Cay, westernmost of the Bird Cays, Manatee Cay shoal, Cat Cay, East Cut, Little Cat Cay, northernmost of the Lagoon Cays and Bakers Rendezvous Cay (Ref. 86570). The mode of reproduction is lecithotrophic larvae. Its disc diameter vary depending on the substrate: Porites and Madracis, 0.62 cm, 2 specimens; Agaricia, 0.83 cm, 1 specimen; Rubble, 0.78 cm, 2 specimens (Ref. 86568).
