Distribution:  Southwest Atlantic, Southeast Pacific and Antarctic Indian Ocean.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 87801. It is found beneath rocks and rock crevices in intertidal areas to a depth of 96 meters (Ref. 87801), and in forests of Macrocystis pyrifera (Ref. 92889). It feeds on microscopic algae (Ref. 87801).
