Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 0 - 40 m
Distribution:  Western Pacific.
Diagnosis:  Encrusting to vasiform in shallow water; foliaceous with nested whorls at 8 to 25 m depths; crateriform in deeper water (Ref. 88997).
Biology:  Found on subtidal reefs, boulder substrata (Ref. 88997), and rocky foreshores (Ref. 98471).
