Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:  10 to 12 cm wide, exumbrella with polygonal network of nematocysts; velar lappets well separated, without a connecting membrane, shape, size and number variable; arm-disk with numerous short, slender filamanets; mouth-arms without a naked terminal portion; intracircular canal system with comparatively large, open meshes.
