Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Belize, Venezuela and Panama.
Diagnosis:  Thin encrusting less than 0.1 cm. Star-shaped pattern of dermal canals depart from small oscula; 0.1 cm wide. Vivid cobalt blue in color (Ref. 415).
Biology:  Found in mangrove ponds (Ref. 86836).
