Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Depth range is based on occurrence in Australia (Ref. 100370); to be replaced with a better reference. Occurs in subtidal environments typically unoccupied by other corals. Often occurs on dead corals from low water down to a depth of half meter (Ref. 98471).
