Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 10 - 90 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: from India and Sri Lanka to the Philippines; north to Japan and south to Indonesia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on shell debris and dead corals (Ref. 75831).
