Max. size:  0.8 cm NG (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 200 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic Ocean; Mediterranean: Turkey in Mediterranean Sea. Smaragdia viridis var. ex color matonis and Smaragdia viridis var. ex color lineata also in Aegean Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Collected from the sublittoral zone, from low tide up to a depth of 200 m. Minimum depth from Ref. 083435. Maximum length is based on maximum reported size on Ref. 083435.
