Environment:  pelagic; marine
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan and China.
Diagnosis:  Calyx cruciform, about 1 cm wide, with four interradial arms, each divided at the tip into two, with 10 to 15 (up to 25) knobbed tentacles in each of the ieght clusters of secondary tentacles; gonads in eight adrarial rows.
