Max. size:  5 cm CW (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 21 m
Distribution:  Eastern Pacific: USA to Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It is found on soft bottoms in intertidal areas to a depth of 21 meters. It buries in the sand during the day, and come out to feed at night (Ref. 865).
