Distribution:  Northeast Atlantic, Mediterranean and Black Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Collected from the sublittoral zone, from low tide up to a depth of 200 m (Ref. 2754). Epifauna on vegetated substrates (Cymodocea nodosa), feeding on microalgae at depths between 10 and 14 m in different seasons (Ref. 124743).
