Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: from Indonesia to the Philippines and East China Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Incidental bycatch of shrimp trawlers, may represent a potential resource in Southeast Asia (Ref. 349). Infralittoral zone (Ref. 349).
