Family:  Ovulidae (egg cowries)
Max. size:  1.2 cm ShH (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine
Distribution:  Western Pacific: Hong Kong and Philippines.
Diagnosis:  Small. Has an oval-shaped shell. Shell surface appears smooth, with a narrow aperture that widens towards the anterior end.
Biology:  Length based on occurence record; to be replaced with better reference. On soft coral hosts, from depths up to 5 meters. Feed on host tissue, sharing a similar coloration with the host (Ref. 125532).
