Family:  Palaemonidae (palaemonid shrimps)
Max. size: 
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 1 - 25 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: Tanzania to Japan, Australia and Colombia.
Diagnosis:  Body generally dull yellow, with scattered red chromatophores.
Biology:  Epizoic, subtidal (Ref. 106854). Associated with an assemblage of sea stars (Refs. 81533, 101104, 102254, 102275).
