Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 180 - 750 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Eastern Africa to Japan and Fiji.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum carapace length: 2.4 cm (male); 3.4 cm (female) (Ref. 8). On muddy and sandy substrates (Ref. 99823).
