Family:  Olividae (olive shells)
Max. size:  7 cm SHL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 5 - 15 m
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: from central Indonesia to Melanesia; north to the Philippines and south to Queensland.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Mainly collected for its shell (Ref. 349). Depth range based on occurrence in Indonesia (Ref. 100441); to be replaced with a better reference.
IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated (N.E.) Ref. 123251)
Threat to humans:  harmless
