Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 65 - 2734 m
Distribution:  Arctic, Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean. Subtropical to polar.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on coarse, sandy substrate in bathyal depths of the oceanic province (Ref. 429). Known as a benthic species (Ref. 85346). Iceland in Bathyal depths (Ref. 429).
