A boreal species commonly found on rock walls. Feeds on ultraplankton (heterotrophic bacteria, cyanobacteria, picoeucaryotes and nanoeucaryotes) by active suspension feeding. Multioscular; oscula responds negatively to touch by closing (Ref. 96635). |
