Deep sea, slope (Ref. 97531). Found on the continental slope. Buries itself (Ref. 106859). Host to barnacles, isopods and worms (Ref. 104958). In general, galatheid crabs show a wide spectrum of feeding habits, from being detritivorous, vegetarian, omnivorous, to cannibalistic (Ref. 90632). |
