Max. size:  2.5 cm H (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic; marine; depth range 0 - 200 m
Distribution:  Circumglobal. Tropical and subtropical.
Diagnosis:  1.6 m wide, 1.8 cm high. Subrellar protuberances in two circles.
Biology:  Found nearshore and below surface in spring and summer; polyps on coral rubble (Ref. 2376).
