Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 0 - 40 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:  Corallite walls are composed of angular ridges with uniform radiating septa, giving the skeleton a fuzzy appearance. Colonies are flat, light brown, or beige.
Biology:  Can be found in both shallow (Ref. 122680) and deep waters (Ref. 130769). On lower reef slopes (Ref. 98471) away from wave action (Ref. 101973), and on vertical walls (Ref. 98471).
