Max. size:  5 cm SHL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 50 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: from the Persian Gulf and India to the Philippines; north to southern Japan and Taiwan Province of China, and south to Indonesia; occurrence in northern Australia doubtful.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Intertidal to subtidal, on mud (Ref. 75840).
