| Diagnosis: |
Pustulose, body is broad and rounded posteriorly. The mantle forms an overlapping veil around the head but down each side, it is slightly narrower than the foot and the edge is reduced to a narrow ridge. Large tubercles present all over the dorsum and sides of the body. Body color ranges from a dirty white to brown, with many of the tubercles having a basal ring of white. Tubercles are often bright red with a yellow tip. Large gills are translucent white, often edged with red. |
