Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean: from Rhodes Islands, Greece to Mersin Bay Turkey and south to Israel to the Red Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 122839. Found along coasts (Ref. 122629), in sandy-muddy bottoms (Ref. 122839), muddy susbtrates, among pebbles, small stones (Ref. 122640) and macroalgae (Ref. 122840).
