Distribution:  Southwest Atlantic, Southeast Pacific and the Antarctic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 116836. This species is found on rocky substrates at depths of 25 to 420 m. In Argentina, it was observed to be epibiotic on gastropod shells (Ref. 87801).
