Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Depth based from occurrence record (Ref. 8294); to be replaced with a better reference. Found in shallow waters, especially exposed upper reef slope and sand flats (Refs. 846, 98471). Also on subtidal reef flats, reef slopes and reef edges to a depth of around 15 m (Ref. 98471).
