Distribution:  Western Pacific: southern Japan to the Philippines.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on shell hash and rubble (Ref. 75840). Reported from Hong Kong to be found on the ceilings and walls of submarine caves (Ref. 126058). Also in rock pools. Favor normal oceanic salinities than either estuarine or transitional conditions (Ref. 127083).
