Distribution:  Southwest Pacific: Kermadec Islands.
Diagnosis:  Flat and encrusting. Few scattered oscula flush with the surface. Skeleton: mainly blunt, slightly curved oxea bound together by scarcely discernible spongin into meshes. Slightly curved styli projects from the upper sponge surface; imbedded for about half their length (Ref. 88951).
Biology:  Known from rock pools (Ref. 88951).
