Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on small streams and near shoreline of river on shallow bottoms (Ref. 108780). On shallow to deep sandy and/or muddy substrata (Ref. 108825). Feeds on very fine detritus particles (mostly of mangrove-leaf origin), along with associated microorganisms (Ref. 108780).
