Distribution:  Southeast Pacific and Southwest Atlantic: Chile, Falkland Island and Argentina.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It is found at about 25 m deep in the continental shelf, encrusting on Reteporella magellensis and is epibiotic on large zoaria of other bryozoans (Ref. 87801).
