Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:  Colony: massive, rounded. Corallites: shallow, angular to subplocoid, with thin walls. Septa: straight, even; those of adjacent corallites aligned across the wall. Paliform lobes absent. Color: often yellow or greenish brown (Ref. 848).
Biology:  Found in a wide range of reef environments (Ref. 848).
