Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 7 - 40 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific and Western Central Atlantic. Tropical to subtropical.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Subtidal. On muddy to coarse sand with shells, from depths of 7 to 39 meters (Ref. 125704).
