Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic.
Diagnosis:  Colonies are massive, often spherical or may form thick submassive plates. Corallites are plocoid or ploco-meandroid and are evenly spaced. It is a distinctive orange-brown with white septo-costae, sometimes green.
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 83917. Zooxanthellate (Ref. 116012).
