Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 0 - 100 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific and Southwest Atlantic: Chile and Argentina.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It is found on rocky substrates or under large stones from the intertidal areas to a depth of 100 m. They feed on yellowish encrusting demosponges (Ref. 87801).
