Max. size:  9 cm SHL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: from Tonga (and possibly Fiji) islands to eastern Polynesia; Philippines.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on sheltered rock platforms of coral reefs, occasionally on the exposed algal crests. Shallow subtidal waters. Active at night (Ref. 349).
