Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Depth range is based on occurrence in the Philippines (Ref. 101147); to be replaced with a better reference. Attached via its byssus to the undersides of coral slabs at extreme low tide and under silty conditions. At times, adults may be detached and lie in the silt underneath slabs (Ref. 101147).
